Cynon Taf Community Housing Group meets the housing needs of the people and communities of Rhondda Cynon Taf. We do this by providing good quality, well-managed homes together with an effective Care & Repair Service to help the communities in which we work.

The Welfare Reform Act 2012 is the biggest change to the benefit system in many years. The changes will begin from April 2013 and affect working age people in receipt of benefits, especially housing benefit.

Saving Energy

Home Heat Helpline

The Home Heat Helpline is a free, not for profit phone line set up to help British energy customers who are struggling to pay their fuel bill and keep warm.

The helpline provides information on benefits and payment schemes that may help with fuel costs, and on basic steps that can be taken to save money on heating bills by making homes more energy efficient.
