COVID19 Our Response - 17.03.2020


📢 We are changing the way we do things to keep you, employees and contractors safe. 

🗓 For at least the next 12 weeks we will be running essential repairs and maintenance services as we follow advice to minimise unnecessary contact.  

⚠️ We will concentrate on doing emergency and health and safety repairs to keep you safe in your home. As long as employees and contractors aren’t unwell and self-isolating, we will also do work to the outside of homes, and in empty homes. 

🔧 We will finish any improvement work that we’ve already started, such as kitchens and bathrooms, and will reschedule others that were planned in, starting again in mid-June if we can.
🛑 We’re also asking that unless you can’t get the service you need any other way, that visits to the office and to your homes are kept to a minimum. 

📲 We have lots of different ways to make sure that we can do what you need us to do without face to face contact, just call us and we will arrange to get things done in the way that suits you best.
These aren’t permanent changes and we will keep this under review all the time, but after the Government’s advice on Monday 16th March, we expect these measures to be in place until June at least.
